Case summary:
Non-growing adult Female with a skeletal Class II, div1 openbite malocclusion.  Composite restorations on mesial of maxillary central incisors placed by dentist to close diastema.  Mandibular crowding of approximately 5 mm.  Patient was informed that surgery to close the openbite was a real possibility.  Patient was also informed prior to treatment of possible need for periodontal grafting in the mandibular anterior region.
